Dr. Eunice Golloh is the president and founder of Impact Wave Initiative (IWI), a women-focused community nonprofit organization registered as a 501(c)(3) in the United States and in Ghana. IWI is dedicated to empowering young women to realize their full potential through mentorship, workshops, and physical development programs. Dr. Golloh’s passion lies in helping women recognize their self-worth and leverage their innate abilities to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Raised in a Ghanaian household where education was a cornerstone, Dr. Golloh was empowered by strong women, including her late mother, to excel in all areas of life. Her personal encounters with life’s challenges and her deep understanding of the need for women’s empowerment have driven her to be a champion of change. She is committed to reshaping the narrative around how young women view their capabilities, fostering a belief that they are more than enough to achieve greatness.
Portia Norvise Golloh (Late)
Co-Founder, IWI - Paralegal
Miss Portia Golloh was a dedicated Paralegal with PAE and the US Attorney’s Office at the Department of Justice, where she excelled in her work and cherished her relationships with attorneys and colleagues. She also served as a Notary Agent for the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Virginia, further showcasing her commitment to public service. Portia was a woman of unwavering faith, deeply devoted to God, which was evident in her service to both her church and the broader community. She shared the love of God not just in words but through compassionate actions and meaningful interactions with people from all walks of life. Known for her wisdom, kindness, and selflessness, Portia consistently put others before herself, embodying a charitable and servant-hearted spirit. She was a true overcomer, sharing testimonies of God’s goodness in her life and impacting the lives of those around her. A rare gem, Portia’s legacy continues to inspire those who knew her.
Mzimasi Dyule
Director of IWI Mentorship Program
Mzimasi Dyule is the Mentorship Director at Impact Wave Initiative, where he guides young women through transformative mentorship programs. As a seasoned Life Coach and Leadership Trainer from South Africa, Mzimasi is also the Managing Director of Eagles’ Consultant Ltd., leading leadership development and business consulting initiatives. He serves as a Director at Business Network International (BNI), facilitating professional networking and collaboration. A certified Counselor, author, and founder of Adonai House of Prayer, Mzimasi is dedicated to youth and community development, focusing on leadership, personal growth, and spiritual empowerment.
Emmanuel Clottey
Lead Graphics and Motion Designer
Emmanuel is an accomplished Graphic and Motion Designer with over a decade of experience. He holds a BA in Industrial Design from KNUST and has worked with top firms like Brand Innovation and Advantage Media. Currently, he is the Lead Designer at Impact Wave Initiative (IWI), creating visually compelling content aligned with the organization’s mission. He also founded Emmotion Media GH, a creative agency focused on delivering innovative motion graphics and multimedia solutions. Emmanuel’s leadership and dedication to using design for social impact have earned him a reputation for excellence across various industries.
Promise Fudzenu
Product Designer, Creative Director & Video Editor
Promise is an innovative UX/UI Developer and UX Motion Designer, known for creating intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications. As the founder of Fomu Studios, he delivers impactful digital solutions and is recognized as a two-time certified entrepreneur by The Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) and United People Global (UPG). In his role as Creative Director and Video Editor at Impact Wave Initiative (IWI), he leads multimedia production, turning creative ideas into visually compelling designs. Holding a BFA in Multimedia Production, he is currently pursuing his MA in UX/UI Design and Development at NYIT and was awarded the TEF Entrepreneur Grant for his contributions to the entrepreneurial space.

Her leadership is grounded in the principles of Purpose, Integrity, and Excellence (PIE), and she strives to inspire young women through her actions. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching movies. Her goal is to have a lasting, positive impact on everyone she encounters by leading with compassion and action.
