Who We Are
Founded in 2021, Impact Wave Initiative (IWI) is a nonprofit organization headquartered in the U.S.A. with a strong presence in Accra, Ghana. We are dedicated to empowering young women through mentorship, workshops, and personal development. As a growing organization, we are currently active in Kenya, Liberia, South Africa, Nigeria, Malawi, and counting.
