Section 5: Compliance & Commitment

We agree to comply with all applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines of Impact Wave Initiative. We agree to promote the mission, values, and activities of IWI in good faith. We agree to uphold high standards of conduct and integrity in line with IWI's code of conduct and constitution. We agree not to engage in any activity that may harm the reputation or interests of IWI. We agree to participate in joint activities, meetings, or programs as reasonably requested.

The affiliation term is 12 months, renewable annually, and subject to re-signing.
Annual fees are payable on or before 31 January each year.

We acknowledge and accept the affiliation fees and terms stated above.

Section 7: Intellectual Property

We acknowledge that all IWI branding, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of Impact Wave Initiative and will only be used with prior written approval. We understand that upon termination of affiliation, all use of IWI branding will cease immediately.

Section 8: Declaration & Agreement

We hereby apply for organizational affiliation with Impact Wave Initiative and confirm that all information provided in this form is accurate and complete. We agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the IWI Affiliation Agreement.
