The affiliation term is 12 months, renewable annually, and subject to re-signing.
Annual fees are payable on or before 31 January each year.
We acknowledge and accept the affiliation fees and terms stated above.
We acknowledge that all IWI branding, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of Impact Wave Initiative and will only be used with prior written approval.
We understand that upon termination of affiliation, all use of IWI branding will cease immediately.
We hereby apply for organizational affiliation with Impact Wave Initiative and confirm that all information provided in this form is accurate and complete. We agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the IWI Affiliation Agreement.
