The program is designed to provide our mentees with several opportunities and direction that will empower them to be excellent, powerful, and intelligent for themselves and their communities. The program has been meticulously and strategically developed to highlight the following stages:

- Stage 2: Interview Process
- Stage 3: Selection of Mentees
- Stage 4: Start of Mentorship Program
- Stage 5: Projects Completed by Mentees
- Stage 6: Assignment of Mentors to Mentees
- Stage 7: Completion of Program
- Stage 8: Accountability Check-ins
